Actually, considering the crud that clutters up the top of the charts, 46 isn't that bad.

You gotta think, the people who buy most albums these days are the younger kids. So for people 18-40 (generally speaking) #46 might of been top 20 or better 10-15 years ago. Also, being #1 on the electronic chart gives a bit of status and might help New Order decide if they are going to tour in north america.
