ARSING ARSE!!!
ps Tim, I now find myself looking for Worcester's results since getting to know you!!
Having decided to lay off the betting over the Xmas period, Luton won 4 away games on the trot so I stuck a ton on the nose on 'em yesterday. 1 bloody all. Kiss of death I am.
I must say, belated big thanks to Mr Jarvis and his chosen team for stuffing the K scum last week ![]()
Heard on the radio this morning that Prince Harry and Wills are Vile fans?!
No wonder the royals aren't as popular as they once were...;)

Is that Villa or Rangers then Mickey?
ONLY KIDDING:evil:
Some people just have no taste...
I was surprised to see Tommy Johnson go to Kilmarnock. I always thought he was a decent player for Celtic when he got the chance. Saw him on loan at St Andrews this season when he was playimg for Sheff Weds. I'm surprised an English club didn't come in for him.

He did indeed play for us... didn't think he was all that good myself.
When Tommy boy first signed - I thought he'd score loads fer us, after a couple of promosing games he got injured, and from then on, he never found any consistency cos he always ended up injured - lovely likeable Geordie - hope he does well for Killie;)
Since the game doesn't start for another 3 quarters of an hour, anyone gonna predict the Arsenal v Liverpool score? I'll stick me head out and say 3-1 to the Arse;)
Footy Latest: Aresenal 0 Liverpool 0 HT
1 shot on target during the whole first half, my predicition of goals are looking pretty slim
Hopefully there'll be some decent action in the 2nd half (hopefully a big fight and a couple of goals) here's hoping!
This was an independent review from intrepid reporter ShugZV reporting from his hoose:) Hungover and Bored.
Try being at work on a Sunday aftie and listening to the Arse v Spice boys (this after listening to Red Scum stuffing the saints and the mighty whites getting well stuffed by the geordies)
All in all not a good weekend :(
Okay...results from Saturday...
Oakland 38, New York Jets 24 Philadelphia 31, Tampa Bay 9
Not that anyone gives a damn about American Football...but it was the only way I could get involved on this thread...
Full Time Score - Arsenal 1(Ljundberg) Liverpool 1 (Riise)
About as entertaining as Bobby Davro![]()

Fuck working weekends mate! In the last 6 years of my job - I think I've done 3 weekends!! I'd have to be absolutely desperate for cash before I do another;)

Well actually Shug I've been asked to do overtime next Saturday, and am turning down 1.5 days pay (quite a lot) to get pissed with you instead !

Like this ?

And I'm not defending the Wedding Present. Went to see Dave Gedge's current incarnation, Cinerama, at the Astoria before xmas, and he brasenly announces to being a Man U fan?!
Now he tells me. After all those Wedding Present gigs I went to.
Reassuringly, he received a bit of stick from the audience. Ala Barney at Brixton Academy.
Anyone thinking of going to St James Park this season (or any other for that matter) think again. Away fans get to climb 7 flights of stairs to watch what appears to be 22 Ants pushing a pea around a Potato field. And The ob are the most officious set of little Hitler's I have come across in a while.
But loike the Murphy's......![]()
Continuing the football / Wedding Present connections, the bloke three seats along from me at Brighton is Shaun Charman, original Weddoes drummer.
Gedge a Man Ure fan? Surely not!

Is Exeter's stand that big to have seven flights of stairs then ? ![]()

At least Gedge was brought up in the Manchester area, so he's fairly unique in supporting them and having come from there !
Rather happy with the point yesterday, big improvement over the Southmpton game. Now if we could just remember how to play football again.....

Attila, or John Baine to give him his Sunday name, is club announcer and "poet in residence" at Withdean. I don't care too much for the poetry, not that I hear it that often as the PA over our side is so shite. He also picks all the pre-match music, so thankfully we get more Wire and Undertones than Atomic Kitten. He has recently upset Cardiff by calling for their fans to be banned, and wound Chesterfield up last season by playing "Take The Money And Run" and "I Fought The Law".
Good bloke, did a lot of campaigning during the bad days a few years ago.

Rooting for the Silver and Black in Foxboro? I'd imagine that the fans there aren't as notorious as the festively-dressed Raidernation, but I'm sure that the weather will be just atrocious this weekend. Don't watch much of the pro game, as I usually spend all Saturday going to college games, and I at least TRY to get something meaningful done on the weekends.
Haven't seen anybody mention the English team that I follow, but I'm ready to be slagged for being a Tottenham fan. A friend who played on an American youth team that competed in England gave me their jersey, but when I wear it, people usually ask "Holsten? Don't you mean Holstein, and why would you advertise a cow?"
