On hearing that Hooky might be touring the U.S. I got really excited.
My question is what type of music does he spin/play? Is it all New Order songs? Progressive, Loungy, Dance?
My wife and I will definatly make it to one of the Texas shows, hopefully one in Houston.

At Hiro he was all over the place.
I wasn't overly impressed with his DJ skills but good music selection.

He plays a right mixed-bag. Infamous for opening with Malcolm McLaren's mix of LWTUA vs Love Will Keep Us Together (I've seen him half a dozen times and only once did he not open with this) and then She's Lost Control with both Curtis and Jones vocals mixed in. He plays a LOT of punk: Anarchy in the UK, Orgasm Addict, etc. Always plays Puretone's "Totally Addicted to Bass" (oh, the irony) and does of course include lots of New Order. Have seen him play some very bizarre mixes of Blue Monday, BLT and Krafty and the usual standards like Transmission, Regret, Crystal and True Faith. Add to that a few Manc favourites like 24HrPP and that should keep you going for 2hrs.
Ohhh man thats freeking great, I love the Punk music. Thats freeking great. Any Joy Division, Digital, Warsaw? ohhh that would be great.
