I'm gunna say 9,assuming the 7" count too.Optimistic if it does't get the airplay required, i know.It would be number 1 for 20 weeks if I was Radio one controller.Radio One is bollox I know,I have'nt heard it on any Radio station as yet, have you?..

if it hits, it will be higher for the dance charts. for radio one, hmmm...it will probably top out in the teens. i like 13! this is like russian roulette! all on 13. we'll see!![]()
it has to be understood that 3rd releases off an album always do badly because people already have it on album.
shame really because i think its the best track.
but because of radio 2 i reckon 20,out top 40 week after though.but i dont like my fav groups getting in top 20 anyway.lol
on a good note though i reckon singles collection will deffo come in album charts at no 1 ![]()
It wont make the top 40 in the UK. Jetstream didn`t do well, despite every station pushing it because of Ana Matronic. Three 7" singles are hard to find-anyone NOT into them big time would only buy one 7". If the CD is out on monday it wont count anyway-unless it has a different matrix number and charts a week later as an independent release.
from the amount of trouble i've had getting hold of these bloody records i'm gonna say Number 1(ok seriously, erm i hope for top ten).
Sod Radio 1, they've been on a downward spiral for years.
Lets start a petition to bring back Mark and Lard and good music not all Dance and R&B 24/7 - 365 including leap yrs.
i've heard the single on Oban FM if that helps?
probably between 20 and 20 mark. Its an ok song and I cant see non New Order fans rushing out to buy it.
nobody is going to want to buy one 7", either all 3 for a set or none. don't know who will stock them but HMV has said that they have shipped mine already
No Top 40.
But in time who knows?
Maybe it will be the best selling 7" of the 00's! ![]()
P.S. As Blue Monday was the best selling 12" of all time...

Sorry to get all geeky on you, but in this case it's my job - this statement is simply not true. Dolphins (as with all Cetaceans) evolved from the mammal group that now includes hippos and ungulates (hoofed mammals). True, their ancestors were terrestrial mammals at some point; but they definately were not primates. Again, sorry - very :topic:
Anyway, I would imagine WFTSC will chart ok, maybe mid teens in UK, but only on the back of the CD single rather than the 7"s.

There is no CD single in the UK though... or am I wrong? Wasn't in Piccadilly Circus's Virgin Megastore when I got my 7"s.....

If it got the Jetstream treatment from Radio, bearing in mind how Shite Jetstream was, and remains..How do you think it would chart then?Being a quality song and all..
THe 3-format thing will bring it higher - id say it could get top 20.
Here in Ireland I got the 3 copies, & found that the EGG one was in the EGG and BLT slieves. Went back to HMV yesterday & they said that they were all like that, they had lots of complaints/returns. 'So did you sell many of them?' says I. 'YEAH, well i'd say so, judging by the ammount of people i'v had comming back with them'.
So its selling well in Ireland anyway![]()
No bloody airplay tho'![]()

Do you know what time today this will be updated?

I can't believe it!
That is amazing!
Yup - 21 - the girlie just phoned from work to tell me. As the vinyl is now deleted, presumably very few more sales will count. The CD single is out on Monday (?) so will that count as a new release?
If so, perhaps a second charting within 2 weeks for the same single. Or perhaps BOTH singles in the chart at the same time... would that be another New Order 'record' ?
Imagine this as a Top 10: (and this is a made up chart, don't get excited kiddies...)
- New Order - WFTSC 7" single
- New Order - WFTSC CD single
- Michael Jackson - Wanna Play With Me?
- The Killers - A Copy Of A New Order Track
- The Bravery - A Copy Of Another New Order Track
- U2 - We Wish We Were As Good As New Order
- The Cure - We Wish We Were New Order
- Joy Division - We Used To Be New Order
- New Order - We're Still New Order (Aren't We?) 10.Tim - No, WE'RE New Order/Joy Division

nice one!
21 in charts isnt bad for the 3rd single is it? Now we know - all we have to do is buy 3 copies of each single to get it well into the charts![]()
Wow. #21. Much better than I think a lot of people expected! Where did "Jetstream" chart? Actually, does anyone know where I can find New Order's entire UK singles chart history?
If it wasn't for fucking Paul Weller going in at 15 then New Order would have clocked up the THIRD TOP 20 single from just one album for the first time in their history.....having failed to do it by one or two places many times previously.
Makes you sick now doesn't it? :D
Its criminal,I think its broad appeal will carry it higher still. If anybody gets to hear it...
