BM-95 Plutone Dub?

Could someone who has heard the Plutone Dub version of Blue Monday-95, please tell me if the sound bite I've prepared, really is the plutone Dub?

No one knows if this is Plutone Dub? Is this like the least heard New Order song or something?

I haven't got it, I'm afraid - it was only released on a white-label promo (FAC73PL - White "?" on blue label).

Been meaning to pick it up for a long time - maybe after all the expense of the latest round of releases/gigs? :D
