98 was a fresh start for them - they all made up their past differences and must have renewed enthusiasm.....and it still took 3 years till we got Get Ready! The Peel sessions from this year are fucking brilliant and the same can be said for the Lamacq 2001 session. I would love to be surprised in Manchester with an old favourite or two, but I doubt it. I am picturing the old guy in the Life Of Brian here....."Oh what I wouldn't give.....to hear AOC live again" ![]()
i agree with you about isolation. i think it's their best live JD song and i'm perplexed as to why they don't play it more often. they included it in all their '98 shows and the peel sessions. why not recently?
