New remixing software that will be used for "In Hindsight III" — Forum Archive

I go this email from Razormaid for all our members:

Hi Nicolas, I am writing a personal follow up E-mail, to the one I just sent to you and all our members.

We are inviting all NewOrderOnline.com members to come view the free demo videos for Wave Editor - a new remixing software, about to release next week. As many of your members are music enthusiasts (like yourself), we decided to let your guys have the link to this "back door" into our web site as well. This portion of our site has no way in, except through the link below (much like we did for the New Order discs sales).

The reason I am inviting them in on this project is because the next New Order disc I am working on, is being made 100% in Wave Editor only - from beginning to end one software only. In fact, we are going to include a demo disc with New Order III, highlighting the creation of one of the New Order songs.

Cool huh?

We thought we would let them see how this software works now, before that disc is made. If you have space on your web site news and would like to extend this FREE offer to your members, that would be very nice of you. We know the next New Order disc will be the best so far, now that we are using Wave Editor and it's awesome features.

It looks realy interesting, but takes ages to download, I'll have a propper look when i have a day to spare.

In hindsight 111 sounds like it should be good though, look forward to that.

Can't be bucked downloading all that just now, but it looks to me to be a cuelist sequencer, that would seem to tally with the razormaid "sound".

Such a thing (especially with auto regioning and looping) would be most handy for a cut and paste type mix.
