This is terrible. ACR sounded hot, but only heard about %30 of the entire set due to jerkiness and connection problems. Absolutely terrible.

If they claim to offer such a fantastic service, they should know that they are capable of supporting however many of us are watching it right now. Trouble with the net is that the ideas for great services are there, but the technology isn't quite up to the potential as yet!

We should wait and see how it goes, but I'm asking for a refund on the basis that I also wanted to see ACR live (for the 1st time).

Pitiful.

Andy

Absolutely crap. I wish I hadn't bothered

agree. i think we would be better off not watching, than put up with the constant breakups. its just too frustrating to be of any enjoyment.

Just tried that URL in Real Player and it said 'there is no software available from Real to support this content'. Shoddy.

I have just emailed this:

I have paid five pounds this evening to watch both New Order and A Certain Ratio (whom I have never seen play live before), and was wondering if I can expect a reliable, constant stream at some point this evening, or if I should simply ask for my refund now and stop wasting my time. I reckon I managed to see 30% of ACR's set, and even then it was stopping and starting all over the place, despite your website telling me my connection was fine for streaming your content.Am very annoyed that the service your site is claiming to offer does not seem to live up to its description, and that I have potentially wasted an evening.Andrew Morrison

Let's all get refunds!
