Aussie New Order 2005 2 DVD Christmas present

To thank the Aussies for allowing me the dubious pleasure of staying in their country I have put together two DVDs containing in excellent quality the following:

Glastonbury 24 July (better than previous offering) T In The Park 9 July Wireless 24 June NME Awards 17 Feb Canal + French TV show Les Vielles Charrues (ommiting Interview and Crystal) Later with Jools Holland Music Hall Of Fame.

I think the only ommisions for 2005 are Jonathan Ross and Popworld (Jetstream) and TOTP (Krafty) and Jimmy Kimmell US TV. If anyone has these on DVD, would like a copy

Aussie/Kiwi NOOLers, mail me your addresses for copies.

We chose Adelaide 'cos of the wife's job but soon she can work anywhere so restriction lifted. I have never seen so many Catweazle clones in my life. A shithole would be kind. Also chose it as it is not a convict settlement!

News on the DVD, should be getting the extra bits mentioned in the first post on this thread and they should fit nicely on one of the DVDs, can you wait an extra week or so?

melbourne is quite nice. never been to perth. all repors say it is very nice, a bit isolated though, and stinking hot in summer.

Boo to all you Adelaide naysayers, I'm not going to defend my home town to anyone! You have to come from Adelaide to understand its place in the scheme of things - truly a local town for local people.

I know its shortcomings, believe me, but I love it for them. I've lived in Brisbane however - there is no bigger shithole on Earth.

Anyway, still very keen to get my mitts on this and one way you could send this out(and maybe save a wee bit on postage is to send my my copy along with Kirschy's; he's less than a 10 minute drive from where I live and we've both established each other as not being axe murderers and get along well enough with each other to make this a viable option); if you've already sent his copy(highly unlikely I know considering the relatively recent posting of this topic), you could email me via mcminn7691bass@yahoo.com.au with an alternative email addy and I'll email back with my own street addy-I just like to cover all contingencies). none of my SA friends actually live in adelaide. they live in Gawler, the Barossa, mt barker.

the best thing about adelaide has to be that it has a beach, and is close to the barossa, and fleureau.

Compared to Canberra though we're a thriving metropolis!

Don't worry, Ron ,we still are, just thinking of how much Solly was going to shell out on blank DVDs and postage costs overall to make this project a reality and thinking a single postage to Canberra would be a partial save to him. Hopefully some of the other interstate NOOLers that live almost in each other's pockets suburb-wise would consider making similar arrangements with each other if they haven't already done so. BTW, if you wanna have a listen to Madge's latest, I could always drop by tomorrow sometime and let it loose on yer stereo just to let you know what it's like personally.

OOPS!! Must've been SOL, the man himself, who sent me the DVD - all I remember was the DVD came in an unmarked brown jiffy bag (..and it wasn't my Suicide Girls DVD either ) but I've yet to watch it.....reserved for 'Stuck-at-home-one-rainy-day' kinda occasion.

I can run you of a top quality cdr of the full Selinas. I won't say no to a NO story on VHS, but I don't really need it now that I have the dvd. drop me a line if you want Selinas.
