FINISH THE LYRICS (a fun new game) — Forum Archive

C'mon everyone let's have a little bit of fun!

What the idea is, someone will pick a song, write out the first lyric, then everyone gets to contribute the next line and so on. You can only follow up a previous lyric with the next verse, and you can't go further than that (In other words, if I said "Walk in silence", you could only reply "Don't walk away in silence" and stop there). Okay, are we clear? in order to inagurate this new game, I've selected the teenage angst theme of the early 80s, Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield. Let's get those wonderful lyrics going:

Sorry, Tabsy. For one I didn't understand the concept. Are we all supposed to collaborate to put togther a song. And two, I don't know all the words to Jessie's Girl.
