Answer: What is Joy Division?
I got the answer right, of course!

Why were JD jay-walking? That's a really bad example to set, you know...

Forgot to tell you, Snorri. In Jeopardy! where a catergory has a letter or letters in quotation marks that means the letters will appear, usually at the beginning, of the answer. Of course you have to answer in the form of a question. Hence, Joy Division begins with the letter "J" and the reply begins with "Who is...".
