I just want to know how it is to be a bass hero! It seems gorgeous to be able to play bass like he does...and he seems to be a nice guy.

It was a toss-up between Gillian and Stephen, but I finally decided on Steve because even though I have basic keyboard proficiency and have been trying to teach myself guitar, secretly I really want to be a drummer.

Hooky, so I can A. Play my bass at a volume somewhere between obnoxious and hazzardous. And B. set up a rehearsal room for my son's band so that the NOOLers can hear em.

Oh and C. I could suggest to the rest of them that they get a rather unknown NI producer in for the next album :D

Everyone loves Hooky. What about the rest? lol. I'm in a band and I'm the bass player and i still idolize Barney more than the rest and i couldn't sing to save the nation.

Gillian, as I'd want to play some minimal synth parts in front of thousands of adoring fans and then retire to a large rural pile in Cheshire. Failing this I'd have the memories of the former and the reality of the latter.

Although I voted for Stephen because he style of drumming is just fantastic (and also because my wifes cousins brother went to school with him), I would really want to be be Hooky because he is a bass god. He also dedicated a song to John Entwistle at the Move concert at old trafford a few years ago just after Entwistle died, and i thought that that was a touching commnet Also because I would often see him at the Hacienda drinking with the happy mondays and I would think to myself 'yeah - thats the kind of lifestyle I would like to live instead of being a penniless student (although looking back on it I had a really good time anyways)'.

i Would be phil, then i would destroy all recorded material i had written for new order, and then kill myself. ensuring that the band would never get any lower than WFTSC. would try to take ana matronic with me.

There's something so cool to her. Her keyboards playing skills as well as her personality are what makes her this great. The coolest woman behind the keyboards ever definitely. And hence, I could hang out with all the four of the guys too! Love that thought!

Stephen, because being a mint drummer would be outstanding, not to mention his knowledge at programming, he is quite the synth-head too.

But to be Barney, to be able to rip out those killer guitar riffs (TBTHOG, Perfect Kiss, Temptation, EGG, Hurt, etc)...still, I am not a frontman type and would be content behind a kit
