A different much better version is used. Where can I get this remix version, as well the Round and Round remix with more Hooky bass, among other remixes of NO's songs?

You can download loads of remixes and the like from www.allofmp3.com. Cheap as well.
11 mixes of Spooky on there for instance, and they also have the extended R&R with all that bass.
The version of Spooky used in the video was the main single version here in the UK, known as the 'Minimix' (and sometimes the 'Fluke Mix', being remixed by them). The radio edit of 'Spooky' that appears on 'Singles' was never actually released in the UK, only ever appearing on promos.
I'm guessing that the version of 'Round & Round' with more Hooky you're referring to is again the single version, which has an extended fade-out with a smart sounding Hooky solo. This was a new recording of the Technique track, made with producer Stephen Hague for single release in '89. This is also on 'Singles', as well as being on 'The Best Of...' in slightly "re-tweaked" form as 'Round & Round-94'.
As stated above, probably the best mix of 'Round & Round' is the 1989 12" version, which has an extra three minutes of instrumental build-up at the start, including all of Hooky's end solo. Great stuff. Can be found on the various CD singles that came out at the time - grab the Canadian maxi-CD to get a bunch of remixes including the 7" and 12" mixes.
