I would guess it would be between Substance and Republic, but i'm not sure. I'm sure someone here knows which album of theirs has sold the most copies.

someone really needs to find that thread from a few months back that had the UK and US sales of NO albums. i searched, but couldnt find it 
Substance has probably sold the most worldwide, although I don't know if other chart systems do as Billboard and count double albums as two. Republic fared well at the get go, no? Technique was no. 1 in the UK. My bet is that Brotherhood and Movement have performed the worst.
