I am going to the Vancouver show tomorrow (I live in Vancouver), then drive down to the Gorge on Friday! Can't wait :-) . A New Order concert is like a religious experience, a major life event or something like that. Last time, for their recycle tour, I had to go all the way to the UK to see them!

i am packing the car now with plans to see New Order at The Gorge on Friday August 3. i've been listening to the chat from GetMusic.com and it is pretty interesting. bernard is in good spirits but it sounds like the folks in japan got the best show. i expect the 45minutes we get to be excellent. for my money though, i'd rather hear "thieves like us" "dream attack" "sooner than you think" than "regret" or "blue monday". new order should save the pop hits for top of the pops and give us the album cuts from the 80's. see you at the Gorge....
