Thanks

Jack is a classic

what about:

Leo (as in rob leo gretton) Johnny (as in doint point that gun at me) Martin (hanett) Tony (wilson)

or you could realy confuse people with:

WFTSC or AIIWIW

Call it a 1 second snippet of glitz-tone.

Then when you go out for the night, you can just leave the telly on an engineering feed, and the kid will sit in front of it all night thinking "what, what do you want"

My first daughter will be called Fairlight

Allow me to throw out some names...

Any of the Joy Division/New Order middle names, which include... Kevin [for Ian Curtis] Paul David [both for Steve Morris]

...and of course, you can always try Siren [for WFTSC], though me being an odd eccentric quite like Steve Morris, that's just my whim goin' on a wheel here.

:nonono: that last sentence made no fookin' sense just now.

[Oh and, KUDOS!]

Saville's a good middle name. I got nothing for a first name besides obvious, though.

Could be unique (and thus grant your child immunity from future jail time after going insane with rage) with a FAC number for a name.

My new baby is due today... no sign of the little blighter yet though... I tossed some NO related names around but got vetoed. It's a girl, so less options that for a boy... We've gone for 'Kia'.

I only remembered it was a car name afterwards... Still it's also a Maori word and and African word (both accidently appropriate).

Congrats on your first, but isn't choosing a NO related name going a bit too far ?! Fancy names are alright for pets maybe, but little babies ?! If you can't agree on either Bernard, Peter, Steve, Gillian or Ian, then just pick something else. Remember the poor sod has to go to school with whatever name YOU give him/her

I have to agree with that, though this is another fully functioning human being who you may well burden for life with a reference to his/her dad's favourite 80s band who'd faded long before he/she was born

BTW, how about Elegia if it's a girl? :wink3:

You could try Ray (as in Sister) but the lyrics may not be appreciated.

Why not? In a few years, this name will become original, just as much as those stupid weird names.

I had my wife convinced Barney was a cool name for our second. Then she saw the purple dinasour and she changed her mind. We had a girl, Ella, anyhow.
