Alright. Saturday night I got bored, so I took out my pen and drawing book, got my 'gothic' New Order mix [Ceremony (both versions), IaLP, C&W, Procession, *the entire 'Movement' album*, and EGG] in the stereo, and put together what could possibly be one of the best pictures I've done in a very long while.

*this is a clickable thumbnail, as it is a BIG picture.* To the Joy Division fan in all of us... cheers! :thumb:

And they all look related to each other:eek3:

All in all, not bad though.:thumb:

You're brave, using 'gothic' and New Order in the same sentence.

And yes, I know. I've got mucho cojones for putting 'gothic' and New Order in the same sentence. I've no fookin' shame, 'nuff said, end of!

Would ANYBODY on the entire Earth ever guess that was Joy Division? I just don't see the clues, could be any group of four guys anywhere. Could be Pink Floyd or Depeche Mode for all we know...

Not to discourage you thou, have fun... do some more. Envision an anime band of JD and NO... draw a logo or something of the band... maybe have them looking for Dead Souls...

At least we know now that anime and JD don't mix.

EDIT: post 1,111, whoop whoop.

wasted in a thread like this. :\ohwell:

One, I only like one PF song: Young Lust. And Depeche Mode are aiight, but I wouldn't dare draw 'em to save my soul. :nono: Not a chance in hell, buddy.

 Ahh, the best question ANYONE could ever ask me. Time for some more creativity. Thanks, Major.

'Who am I that I should be?'

Who is this child that God sent out to be in the midst of pure chaos? Who am I to to think, to be? An artist who thinks more outside the box? A goth with a preference for new wave? A punk that cheers 'unity' more than anarchy? An intellectual who speaks with pictures and poetry?

Who am I of all of this? I am these, and so much more.

A child in a young woman's corpse. A soul somewhat despised for loving with all I have. A friend to many, even the most sinful. A sinner herself, yet knowing of faith. Once hopeless, now hopefull; Standing up for a challenge when necessary; Brave, even when scared to death.

One day, I'll figure it all out, But until then, I only see myself as all of these...

Even if your views of me don't agree.

...that should answer your question a bit. Now, who do YOU say that I am?

I don't think there's anything I can say to that

It probably features Gillian's head on a stake and "I LOVE YOU STEVE" sloppily written in blood at the bottom.
