I must admit, hard as I am on the Morley-ster, his piece in the H&S booklet kinda grew on me as the years have passed. At first I thought "oh boy, pretentious garbage time", but after a few rereadings, I gotta cop to the fact that, while a bit overdone, Morley's piece captures the mood of Joy Division, the 'handsome spin on despair' that epitomizes them. Just wondering what everyone else thinks of it.....

Hadn't read it for awhile, will do so tonight. Don't remember it being particularly over the top, but it has been awhile.
