No it is actually as it appears in Control.In the first clip she's sitting in the living room with the band when they watch Tony Wilson give a plug to the Ideal For Living EP on his tv show.Then the second time you see her watching tv is when she's in the living room watching JD do Transmission on Tony's show
And there's actually 2 or 3 tiny clips of the new Joy Division documentary on that YouTube vid 
in Control someone (presumably Debbie) walks across screen just as Tony Wilson starts speaking but you don't see anyone sitting next to "Ian" when "Bernard" starts saying about he must have liked it beacuse "he waved it across the screen like that". But in this clip she's clearly there, squatting on the floor next to "Ian" despite being cropped out of Control's final cut. Trivial, of course, but an "outtake" nevertheless....! Perhaps more will follow on the DVD
ah see what yer mean now.Yeah you do see walk across in front of the tv in the film but not see her sitting on the floor watching with the rest of them
