My band, Dubious Ranger, just released an EP of covers called Butchers: Volume 1. On it is what we like to think is a pretty great cover of New Order's "True Faith". Even though the original is a bit of a party jam, deep down its a really sad song. We gave it a delicately sparse piano-led arrangement, which gave the whole thing a really interesting sense of intimacy and regret. Anyway, I'd love to get your feedback on it.
