Dark Starr sounds great. on You Don't Know i think Gary should've tried singing everything high since it's better for his range. other than that sounds great as well. the unreleased stuff is ok for me, nothing from out of this world but good.

Thanks very much for these - even on this recording, I reckon Sister and Brother sounds pretty tops, in a similar vein to 'Turn' and 'Turn my way'.
I assume that's Jack up there on 2nd bass - playing a bit less like Hooky and a bit more like Jeff Ament...in a good way, mind!

I had a phone call from Hacienda Records this morning and simply passed on the message.
I couldn't check what had happened online as I was travelling home - I did say at the time that I didn't think there would have been any impropriety on your part, but they insisted I contacted you.
I also noted that Rowetta had made happy comments about the videos. Shame about all of this.

It is becoming increasingly more difficult to remain a fan of New Order or any of their individual projects.
I wouldn't be surprised if the band themselves aren't anything to do with it. I know of a video that featured a song (nothing to do with New Order incidentally) where the bassist approved the video, the parents of the deceased pianist approved the video, but the publishers forced the removal of the clip. It may well be heavy handed management.
