From the deepest depths of my memory it's basically the Canadian Gatefold 7" mix with a fade out so yeah it's a bit different from the more common compilation versions floating around. It's edited from the Shep Pettibone Remix rather than the album version.
I don't think it's been re-released anywhere else to date.
It's around 3:23 in length and I believe it's identical to the mix that previously appeared on a US Qwest promo 12" (PRO-A-2636). Not just a fadeout - I think there's an edit in the middle too.
