Any idea where the last picture was taken?

If you check out those pics on GettyImages then the date given is for 16 Jan 1980, making it Lantaren, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Search 'Joy Division' with the 'editorial' box ticked to see them.

The third pic in your post is The Electric Ballroom.
