David Nolan's excellent book is now out in paperback and costs less than a fiver. Some of that still goes to Christies.

It's a lovely read. The most honest version of the Wilson story I've read. Painful at times, infuriating at others but Tony throughout.
There's a few updates, mostly in the 'where are they now' section for those who are now not.
