just got in from the movie...it was pretty funny...not great...too much Happy Mondays (although that Bez character was pretty interesting), not enough of the order, as a matter of fact...after all the attention placed on JD up to Ian's death, it seems like New Order was basically left out (the blue monday scene and Barney's appearances)...but the thing with Hannet and the pistol at Wilson's door was great...fairly interesting show...
now you New Order fans are a peculiar lot...I think I might have been the oldest person in this showing...and the youngsters looked like the biggest assortment of freaks I've seen in quite a while...since I was a youngster maybe...
several of the "dodgy goths" with their black boots and Joy Division shirts...and even one young man with the bar code shirt that we all seem so enamored with...
oh..but how's this for a pisser...they cut the credits off right as HTS was starting up...SHIT!!!!
