No, apparently The Light are not quite ready to cross that line yet, probably because they are afraid no one will pay to see Hooky sing New Order. He does a fine job singing Joy Division and I have enjoyed the UP and Closer tours, but the jig is just about up.

Not problem at all if he adds Revenge and Monaco songs to The Light setlist

I'm with you on that... I'm quite partial to a bit of Pineapple Face and Junk

There is a serious point here Jack. As Mike says, this is a New Order website and while Hook is a founding member, he's also a self imposed ex-member who very recently vowed to 'fuck over New Order' at every opportunity. He's followed that up by preventing fans from hearing unreleased New Order material.

Everyone's been cool with all news on NO members on here over the years. Side projects, DJ sets, tanks and yachts, we've all shared a (un)healthy interest in everything they've done. But we've never had someone come out and look to screw New Order over before.

So given Hook's current attitude to New Order is it right to use this, a New Order forum, as a way of promoting Hook's current business interests?.

After all, there are other places to advertise where fans who are interested in Hook can go and find the information.

Well I say no problem to them using this forum, I mean some of us might dare i say it go to one of those gigs. However, they can stop f____ whining at the criticism that is generally levelled at them as a result. But it should be in the side-projects section; perhaps Nickos could even start up a 'tribute bands' section as well.

Stop whining? As if that would ever happen!

Oooh, I've got O2 priority too. First time I've had the need to use it.

Seen the band twice and love them, but I seriously need to hear either some new original music or some New Order, Revenge or Monaco tracks too. JD's been done.

Their article reads as if it's all in February but thankfully when they list the dates it distinguishes between February and May.. confusion arising from the stand alone Buxton date in February and the rest of the UK dates in May/June.

And that was because of me, they have 'forgotten' to list Liverpool until I tweeted. Moaning! Oh the wonders of modern technology
