Is there anyway one can get the mp3 versions of Academic and Unlearn this Hatred extended mixes? Or any of the other extended mixes, as well? Would love to have them!!

If you check another recent thread - "Daniel Miller talks about STEMS releases", as Jonathan points out, you can download the box set extended versions of Academic and Tooti. They are £1.99 and are STEMS though you can play as a normal mp3. Go get em! Academic, The Game and Plastic are the best mixes on the box set for me, i reckon they outdo the original MC versions.
