I'll hang on until I get the 12" and download code, just in case it's a mistake...
Ok I'm being a hypocrite here after telling ya'll not to get excited about your deliveries, but I'm at home, sick. So.... Just to confirm, the download package with the 12" is ten tracks not nine. You get the lot in MP3 and FLAC. So I guess if people want to save money they could just buy the 12" and get all the mixes digitally.
Anyone not buying the 12" who wants to know about the Saville 'clue' to the artwork, see below:

I think Erol's Extended Rework remains my favourite. His stripped mix is similar until about 4 minutes where it remains more um, 'stripped' compared to the extended rework. The Zeiter remixes are indeed the most remixed/clubby versions of the track - probably good to dance to but won't appeal to NO fans who complain about the lack of NO in remixes. Reeder's individual remix brings out some bits that the others don't.

Likewise.
Garbage service from the official store YET AGAIN!
You try to do the right thing and EVERY TIME they fcuk it up.
FFS Mute - it's a download! All you need to do is let fans download the tracks on the day they paid to access them. You don't have to worry about physical product, packaging, mail services, nothing. Just cue up an automated email and activate the link.
That great pile of credit you built with my signed box-set copy is now exhausted ;)
Love the cover of this release. It's a bit of a follow on from the pulsar of UP to the black hole of Singularity. Great track but none of the remixes really do much for me. Album version my favourite
That's so sad that the Duality remix edit is too short on CD. I thought that the 4:57 lenght will be the edit cos it's short too.
Mine arrived...2nd class from New Order store...if Diggy is about tell him to send an addy😕

Nice one ![]()
I got a reply from Mute today:
"Hi Jozek,
Thank you for your email.
I have checked the system and I can confirm that your order was shipped on the 26th of March and should arrive with you shortly, if it has not already done so.
For orders sent to within The UK by standard delivery we expect a rough delivery estimate of 1-4 working days.
As you have chosen ‘standard’ shipping, as opposed to ‘courier’ shipping, the delivery isn’t tracked.
Please see our help & support section for further information on shipping times.
If you still haven’t received your order by 7 days after the stated shipping date, contact us and we’ll advise further.
Thank you for shopping with us and we hope your order arrives shortly.
Kind Regards Susy Digital Stores Customer Services"
No explanation on why it wasn't sent earlier or why AFTER the release date. I did send two emails to them, the first to ask if there was a problem with my order (I got a dispatch email the next day) the second was to ask them why it wasn't sent before the release date so it would get here nearly on time and why it was dispatched after the release date (maybe I will get an email explaining this, but I won't hold my breath). It seems by the mail sent to me I may have it come the end of the week. I will never again order stuff from Mute or the New Order store, they are a total shambles and just don't seem to care.
I thought when you buy in advance, you should get the order on the day of release, okay I know it was a bank holiday weekend, but to not even give me information on it. They took my money straight away when I ordered it, so a little customer care wouldn't go a miss. If I ordered it through Amazon, I would of had it by now.
Sorry for the rant, just very frustrated.
Finally got my CD single today and listening as I type.
Getting the plastic wrap off was a challenge - finally found a little room to insert the blade of a hobby knife and removed with no damage.
So having inserted the 3rd minty mint CD single into my Slipcase - anyone know if the Slipcase is now complete - there ain't a whole lot of room for another single ???
ROCKET MICK wrote: Room only for an After Eight Mint...hello Adam
...yes Mick but perhaps only a 'wafer' thin minty mint (mind you I got a free sticker with one of my singles and I have got that in there too!).
Mine arrived along with a CD-R of Nothing but a Fool Extended Mix 2 and Superheated Extended Mix 2. Superheated brings Brandon's voice to the forefront for pretty much the whole track.
Please advise how to post them here. Can't seem to get it to work.

I've got 5 in mine with the promos of Restless and Tutti Frutti and it's just about stuffed, so I reckon there's room for another single.
The New Order online shop is really annoying...as soon as the pre-order was available, I've ordered the coloured 12", CD-single and the download as well. As there was no sign or hint the full download EP would be given with the 12" and/or CD-single. A few weeks later it says the 12" will contain a download-code including more remixes. I've immediately sent a message to the shop and Warner customer service and I got this reply:
Hello ,Thank you for your patience. We have been advised that he Singularity - 12" Purple Vinyl only includes the following downloads and not the whole 10 tracks.Tutti Frutti (Tom Rowlands Remix) Digital Track Singularity (Extended Mix) Digital TrackWe apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thanks,AlexYour Warner Music Customer Service Team
So, I was more or less happy I would have all mixes in the end. "Patience" indeed, had to wait a week for an answer. But yesterday I finally got my physical releases and guess what... the 12" includes ALL the 10 downloads...!!!! *@#$!%* I want a refund now, or they can send me the following in digital quality:
- Restless (Radio Edit) [3'29] (3'33)
- Tutti Frutti (Radio Edit) [3'40]
- Tutti Frutti (Radio Mix) [3'47]
- Tutti Frutti (Hot Chip Remix Vinyl Edit) [8'50]
- Tutti Frutti (Takkyu Ishino Remix) [7'54]
- Singularity (Radio Edit) [4'02]
- Nothing But A Fool (Extended Mix 2)
- Superheated (Extended Mix 2)
I can guess the reply I think... probably none And yeah, I had to send multiple messages as well before I could download the ordered digital ep ...
Just found out that the Complete Music (Music Complete - Extended Mixes) will be released soon... grrr... the expensive deluxe box-set doesn't cantain exclusive material anymore... pfff...

I've read somewhere that there would be 4 singles...

No, I haven't missed that part... I can hardly call it exclusive anymore as the box-set only has two (probably slightly different) extended mixes in the end! If I knew I wouldn't have bought it. I really don't care about vinyls... in fact it really annoys me that vinyl and CD are put together into one box-set. To me it's the music that counts, in high(est) quality, so I prefer - still - CD's. I don't judge or like to be judged because of giving preferences to vinyl, cassette, digital/download, CD or whatever format. Everybody has each own preferences.

The box-set does contain the 'highest quality' version of the music. You get Hi-Res FLAC copies of both the original album plus extended mixes in 96kHz/24bit which is technically superior to 44kHz/16bit CD. Not to mention vinyl can also muster a higher quality sound than CD under the right circumstances. CD hasn't been "highest quality" for a while now particularly with the emergence of legal Hi-Res downloads. It's not about judging in this instance, it's about what's factually correct in terms of technical sound quality.
The Music Complete compact disc was probably one of the last things I bought weeks after the album was released. I managed to get hold of a copy of the regular black vinyl a few days prior to the official release date and using the coupon inside downloaded the Hi-Res FLACs which sounded superb. Why bother ripping 44/16 FLACs from the CD when I could just download 96/24 files legally from my purchase of the vinyl? CDs are definitely becoming less of an essential medium in this day and age. It's just the way things are headed.
At the end of the day, nobody forced you to buy the box-set. From a fan point of view and as others have said it is aesthetically a really nice item to own and has held it's value. If you sold it tomorrow you'd probably make your money back plus a little bit extra. If you got a signed one you'd probably make even more money.
Ok , finally picked up from the post office yesterday the 12" and CD bundle.Have been away from home most of the last couple of weeks so had missed the delivery.Yeah none of the remixes though passable really knock you off your feet do they.Probably Mark Reeder's efforts do the most for me.Certainly no classic remix in the league of say K Klass's Reunited In A Day or even Hot Chip's Tutti Frutti one.Still, if i ever want to know what a Singularity is i now have the paper slip enclosed with the 12" to refer to. That's providing i could ever get my head round all that causal effect stuff😕 .And another addition to the Music Complete singles slipcase if nothing else- i reckon one more single should fit in and nicely then that's yer lot.
Andy wrote: LexerMusic.com has the 3 Music Complete CD singles w/ slipcase for £21.00
That's a bit of a rip-off, considering that the New Order Store is still offering the slipcase with orders of the "Restless" CD single. If one purchases all three from the New Order Store, the total comes to £14.97. That's about 30% cheaper.
Finally I got the CD. All of the mixes are very good. A real old skool type single package like Fine Time.
