Nice little article about Smiths fans in the Grauniad today - attending a Smiths-only disco in Manchest-uh.

Rather strangely though, all the attendees appear to be in their 20's and have never actually seen the Smiths live.
Al, I read this & had the same thought. Even the DJ only got into Morrissey after the Smiths split up. Bizarre - or are we getting old?.
We'll have to set up a NO/Factory equivalent....upstairs at The Chandos!
There used to be JD and NO nights at The Venue in Manchester- in the late 80s, early 90s. Those were the days - long nights of classics. The Smiths also had a night, as did Roses/Mondays.
