After seeing another great Anthony Asquith (a Londoner) film, and looking up famous people from Manchester- Robert Donat, George Zucco, Albert Finney (Salford) Bernard Hill and Ian McKellan(LOTR), and of course Rutherford, super giant physicist from New Zealand , but lived out his life in Manchester, I checked out musicians. First ,I was amazed at how few women were mentioned ,or ignored on Wikipedia , so a disgrace .

It starts with the 2 Oasis guys , Morrissey, Stone Roses guys , Roy Harper ( sang on Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here) , but more scrolling got me nowhere nearer to Ian- phenomenal singer/ songwriter supergiant, dwarfing all listed Steven - best percussionist worldwide ever and creator of brilliant electronic synth, percussion Peter - best bassist worldwide ever Gillian- best woman synth player ever Bernard- best person in modern music ever as well as a phenomenal guitarist ,synthist, singer, lyricist

So to conclude, I am stupefied (ok ,maybe just stupid), but these insults are so hard to take ,it will be difficult for me to buck up and post for a while,at least a few days
