Above and Beyond - Blue Monday
And there is Blue Monday - Extended mix
It is New Order, just remixed. I don’t know why they are not credited?
Above and Beyond are just trance music DJ’s.
It’s pretty good.

Are you sure it's a remix? It sounds like a cover to me. It certainly doesn't sound like Bernard's vocals to me, although the guy sings in a Barney kind of way (I may be mistaken though as the vocals are a bit echoey).
It might just be I'm looking at the wrong thing, as I can't see a link in your post (may be because I don't have Spotify?). I just searched Apple Music for 'Above & Beyond' and 'Blue Monday' and played the single version and extended version.
Still, a pretty decent cover, so thanks for pointing it out.
That's not Bernard on the vocals, and the rest of the instrumentation isn't NO, so its a cover version. Here's the Discogs listing.
I was suprised to see NO's twitter feed retweeted this tweet below on 23rd January.

EDIT: The one thing they may have nicked directly is the swooshy fighter jet noise at around 2 mins in the 4 min version. Maybe the drums that go with it too. They're probably not gonna get "done" for that. No one sues for sampled drum machines or sound FX.
A&B did it a couple of years ago as a true remix, including the original vocals:

Can't point why they re-recorded the vocals for the release, some kind of licensing matter perhaps?
