Yep. That'll be it. It was done around the same time as the single (1984, I think).

Incidentally, I only found about this video back in April this year. Back in the late 80s, I actually had the 'Duvet Brothers Remix' on an old audio tape, along with various other remixes.

Putting two and two together, I guess that whoever originally compiled this remix tape (not me), ripped the audio from a video tape. Possibly the one you linked to above.

right at the end where it was getting good, with the airplane effects, and explosions, the edits get very sloppy and out of sync.

then again, it is unique. hmm...
