Rhino is NOT doing the US addition but i believe the bonus disc will get packaged for the North American market. I know wading through the scores of Retro topics doesn't sound fun but i think the info was posted about Uk/US markets getting an initial pressing...alternatively, i could be full of shit....but that's what i remember.
