As far as "Retro" is concerned the 5th bonus disc was only available atcertain "indie" retailers and on Rhino.com. We ran a very limited number ofthe bonus disc and have sold out of it at Rhino.com. Amazon and CD Universenever had the bonus disc available and any misleading language they may haveprovided about that is unfortunate, but as they are not part of our companyhow they choose to handle that situation is up to them. I would expect themto issue a refund or otherwise compensate customers who feel they weremisled. You can tell your visitors that they can very likely still find the 5thbonus disc at one or more of the indie stores listed athttp://www.cimsmusic.com While we can't GUARANTEE the availablilty at thesestores it is definitely the best bet.
Response from Rhino (Bonus Disc, Amazon, etc..)

does it seem like that a lot of the bonus discs ended up being "upcharged" by "indie dealers" or up on eBay (in the USA). CDuniverse and Amazon CLEARLY thought they were getting the Bonus disc set, and advertised as such. Rhino (and their monster parent company) have clearly messed this all up. this is a Boxset that they are selling at $42-55 dollars! this is no small deal. they should burn up a new batch and allow some more online buyers at their website, and give the Amazon and Cduniverse buyers their disc either thru a mail-in offer, or thru those companies that they mislead. was the point of the bonus disc to allow eBayers to profit?
(thank you neworderonline for helping me get my boxset at half price from HMV UK :)
I can confirm that the list of retailers provided by http://www.cimsmusic.com is very reputable. Your chance of getting the fifth bonus disc is high if you act soon. Good luck and happy listening.
