I know we all have a song we wish New Order would bring back into the mix. I know it will be real easy just to pick The Perfect Kiss, but maybe their is another song there that catches your attention. I tried only to include songs that were pretty regular at one time or another, hence no Let's Go or anything like that.

None of the above.

Me wants Dreams Never End or Disorder!!!

Thieves Like Us is apparently the most likely to reappear, at least it was according to a source close to the band last year.

Why is World listed twice on the poll ?

Let's Go was pretty regular between late 86 and mid 87 - just about every show in Japan and Australia/NZ !

Sunrise for me. Are there any other live versions around other than on the PFD video? I just love the hint of desperation that pervades Barney's vocals in the studio version.

It was a pretty regular fixture in the set between early 85 and late 86, and only sporadically after that up until the end of 88. Some of the early versions in mid 84 are hilarious, as Barney was just making the lyrics up as he was going along, and usually contained a word that sounds a bit like "front". E-mail me a postal address and I'll do you a gig that has a good version on.

Perhaps one is supposed to be in Motion.

Thanks Benny. That is a great kindness.

hmmm....me thinks I would like to see TLU...and TPK...

is that asking too much???

How about a project similar to the Cure? A serie of concerts where they play a FULL album each night to release them afterwards? :D

Will not happen, but that would be good.

Starting with Unknown Pleasure of course!

But they HAVE to play TPK, it would justify all the pain and suffering one has to endure in his life, just to hear the finish of that song and the bass solo.

Age Of Consent Just to hear this live one more time would be magical.

I'm glad you never put As It Is on the list, otherwise there would have been a fight with that and Age Of Consent. I'm with Larsson, this song probably only gets beat by Temptation for my favourite live song by the band.

It is not "easy" to vote on TPK... I just don't have other choise.

BTW, fellas, take a look of what the postman just brought me... it means a lot to me to have this at home now.

As Iggy Pop would say, I'm a happy man. Yes, I am.

I voted for World (The Price Of Love) -- the one by Paradise. The bottom one shall be known as World In Motion.

although i prefer TPK as a song, i'd actually like to see age of consent live. i love to bounce around to it, and i'd love to do so with a few thousand others for a change.

Sunrise for me

I have this weird sensation... maybe there´re songs that better not playing. like TPK, VP or R&R. because if they play them, maybe they would do the same as they did with Temptation, TBTHOG, TF or BLT. I mean, new (and worst) versions. with those the damage is done already. but I´m afraid of what they could do with other gems. chosing the "not perfecto"´s mixes and playing them live without emotion, as it happens on any of the above. let´s face it, they seem to enjoy the rock more than the techno right now. they don´t seem to be comfortable when they´re not playing any instrument nowadays. so I would choose something like Sunrise, or This Time Of Night. but specially Age Of F***ing Consent!

Id like to hear Cries & Whispers. Ive heard them doing Decades, recorded at the Paradiso in 84 i think, it was amazing, and they should play it more.

Er, agree with 3 out of 4.

But what's wrong with Temptation?!

The way they play "Temptation" hasn't changed that much over the years and the current live version has nothing to do with the 4-minute "Temptation '98". I really cannot see the point of your complaint.

What does it say in the small lettering under Perfect?

Everyone Everywhere! And give Barney a teleprompter so he can sing the entire version.

EDIT: Smart idea voting for the wrong choice wasn't it?

Voted for Round & Round

but love The Perfect Kiss as much.

Can't decide between the two. Depends on the mood, really.
