Guitar tab for "Digital" from 5 11

Being the tone deaf sod that I am, it's always irritated me immensely that I've not been able to work out certain parts of one of my favourite rock songs ever, "Digital". Not being the proud owner of a dvd player, I can't watch 5 11, so could some kind soul tell me what the 2 chords are after the first set of "Day in, Day out"s on the song (ie after the first verse)? It sounds ridiculously simple, but my ears just aren't up to the job of working them out.
