New Order using a sample from the movie "Contact"?????????

Hi Everyone,

One of my favorite movies of the 90's has to be Contact...the movie about the girl who, while listening to radio waves to search for alien life-based on Carl Sagan's book.....

Anyway, while listening to Rock the Shack...I swear that "Tin-like" scratching metal sound is from Contact...If you listen to the song...it is not hard to distinguish, but you would have to see the movie to know what I am talking about. It is the same sound that Jody Foster's character hears when she discovers the Alien radiowaves...

Anyway, I might be way off..but is there anyone else that has noticed???

I think I know what you're talking about Rob, but i've never thought it was from Contact, though it is a good film.
