Pure Product - is this Hooky?

I am in possession of a 1979 7" single by a band called Pure Product - "A" side is called "Rejection" and "B" side is called "Sugar Plum". The bass player is listed as a "Pete Hooker" and on the photo, there is someone who certainly LOOKS like it might be a very young Hooky, although we're talking goatee beard and a bit of a bouffant hairdo... sorry if you read this and it ISN'T you, Hooky! Does anybody know anything about this band - was he moonlighting?
