Has anybody had problems with FAC251 paid downloads?

I ordered (and paid for) Hooky's Freebass EP a few weeks ago and when I go to the download page I'm unable to actually download the files (with Win7, IE8).

I tried contacting them twice via the Contact form on the web page and once via email and have had no response.

Has anybody else had this issue and how did you resolve it?

I can log into my account and see that there's a zip file that I SHOULD be able to download, but there isn't a clickable link to actually download it.

Hookys getting his own back for all the RECYCLE downloads last month,no theres been a few moaning about the paid downloads this past week.

Went pretty smoothly for me, but presumably after they fixed whatever glitch was causing it.
