Hi I have nearly finished a cover of "If You've Got Love" but is it legal for me to put it up on here? I wouldn't be making a profit out of it it would be a free download...

I know there was the Community projects and so on but I don't really know much about them.

People stick up cover versions on YouTube all the time so I don't see why there would be any objections. You're covering a fairly obscure Electronic song too so hardly a famous single or owt that would rob them of any cash. Go for it, I'd say.

I'm curious to hear your cover actually as I thought the original was one of Electronic's limpest-Europop-on-autopilot efforts. The chorus just makes me cringe for some reason.

I like that track. I'd agree it's not a classic, but I think it's sounds kinda cool. Be interested to hear your version

I see what you are saying, it sounds pretty dated which is why I thought it would be interesting to put a 2011 spin on it. I will have it ready soon just adding finishing touches.
