I've just edited comments on this into the RSD thread in Digital Republic. But in case y'all miss that, I thought I'd give the thing it's own little thread. It probably fits into Music For pleasure better anyway.

It's a 'First release' which means it comes out on RSD but unlike the RSD 'Exclusives' it won't be limited just to that day. The funny thing is, this track has actually been on Soundcloud for the past four months, with a descriptor, "out now on Yep Roc Records". So perhaps it simply didn't appear four months ago, other than online. The same label is given for the RSD release. Anyway the Soundcloud is HERE. And the Record Store Day info is HERE. Quietus article from October 2014 HERE.

Sounds really cool! Nice and sharp. I wonder if the new album will sound at all similar to this? I look forward to it.

Well the response to this hasn't exactly been overwhelming on here. For anyone still interested, it seems there was a problem distributing this 12" in the UK for RSD, or indeed since then. However there are lots of American released copies for sale on Discogs. I managed to get a copy through a rather unusual route which I can't entirely divulge, but assuming the American 12"s are the same as mine, it comes with a download code for WAV's of both tracks on the vinyl.

Neat tune. I'm gonna pick it up. Thanks for posting
