I emailed you five times in the past couple of weeks but I haven't heard from you, so I'm posting this up here in the hope you will finally see it. Please help, cos this is just doing my head in - I cannot update my profile pic or any avatar links without constantly getting this error message:

Can you tell me why this is? And if there is another way I can get the updated images to you to have them uploaded? I have been trying many times but each time it's the same problem. If this glitch cannot be overcome, do you think it's better if I start a completely new account and you can close the old one? I mean that's fine with me if that's the only way to get round the problem!
