Error when trying to connect to Video files

Why do I always receive an error (page error) when I click on one of the video (.rm or .wmv) files?

Thanks for moving this into the technical forum. I am new to this site and made an obvious error in placing this thread. Thanks again. BTW. Everything was fine last night California time. Was able to download the files I needed. Cheers/ d/
