Video Uploads?

Is there a way to upload video via a link in the threads? I thought it`d be an idea for people to make their own video to go with a song of NewOrder's,make them available for everyone to watch and then have a poll to find the winner.

There are so many singles that dont have videos,i think people on here could come up with some good ideas.
