how do i post new topics to appear on the homepage rather than just here?

everytime you post a new thread or if anyone replies to a thread, it always appears on the homepage. if you've started any new threads, it just may have been pushed off the page by other's posts.

yeah, I tihnk only the most recent threads get put on the homepage
