windows media 11 help

i'm trying to download songs from limewire onto my mp3 player, but i can't figure out how to delete the songs that are on my windows media player library. i have no idea how they got there and there's NOTHING in the troubleshooting or help sections about deleting songs! what do i do, and how do i get my songs over from limewire? WMP 10 was so much easier....
