Newcastle think that they are a lot better than they actually are

Sam will get the job, almost inevitable I think.

Ronald Koeman anyone?!

Allardyce, surely?!

You would think Allardyce, but it really is anyone's guess with Freddie Shepherd

That's just not true, ask any Newcastle supporter and they'll tell you that they're complete shite. Nowt wrong with wanting and expecting more from them though.

"sacked in the summer",,, the fratton end predict glens downfall,,, shame, hese gone the way of so many previous newcastle managers,, when will those dipsticks give the geordies a manager the fans deserve,,

portsmouth f,c the premier ship.

sven is being heavily linked but you have to think that big sam has already been lined up,given the fact that newcastle went for him before roeder

If Allardyce gets the barcodes job, he will sort their defence out......... problem is though he will turn them in to the same sort of side as Bolton.

Can see it now, Micky Owen up front on his own, with a five man midfeild.... home and away, not sure if the Toon would be up for that.

79 order :

I heard that Titus Brmable could well be on his way to Pompey......... how would you feel about half of you defence being made up of him and Jimbo Traore?

There's rumours here that Shepherd is looking to pump some money into the redevelopment of Corby Town FC. I don't suppose you've heard anything about this Julie? :confused2:

Is there any potential for it to be shady, illegal and splashed across the front page of the news of the world? If the answer is yes . . . it sounds like our freddie :evil4:

Yes. A fabulous drink except its quite difficult to get now-did break my shoulder on it once though - mind you that did not effect Newcastle's chances in any way ... injuries are quite common though - wish I was a lawyer so I could set up a where theres a blame theres a claim situation! I'd make a fortune!

Ideally, Newcastle would get that cheating fucker Shearer in, they'd have big massive parades in Newcastle like they did 11 years ago, with all those annoying fans saying "oh, we've not won anything for 35 years, but i just know we're going to do it for Alan" followed by relegation to the Championship.

I'm glad there is some else who dislikes Shearer.... I was starting to wonder if I was on my own with that one. Was it Lee Chapman he kicked in the face????????

Try 50 years since newcastle won anything though..... although they did win the inter two bob cup last year :uhoh:

By the way - kicking lee chapman in the face isn't spoiling much - mind you - given the allegations of domestic violence in his home - doubt he can say the same thing. :nonono:

The Shearer kick was against Leicester wasn't it, so that would rule Chapman out? Time for google

Shearer. Let's just say that he knew how to take advantage of situations and officials. One of the more sly underhand "professionals" ever to play the game. Good striker when he wasn't bending the rules.

Thought it may have been lennon myself! But will defend him for ever anyway! Lots of sour people out there as he had the good sense to turn down a certain club!

And . . . he wasn't sly - thought he was quite obvious most of the time! :evil4:

Well I watched that - there must have been something incriminating on sound (which I haven't worked out how to get) but without the sound evidence - I just see a pleasent lad with a smile on his face.
