I'm hoping the boss fucks off before hand. Then it's a quick run to the Blind Tiger.

this is always free.

sometimes you have to download free software first, takes 5 mins. i've never had any problems with it, except for slow connections sometimes.

Shrek just took a knock.

It's 1-1. Penalty.

Foul was outside the box... Though Rooney was probably offside for the England goal...

Ah well, let's say you're not alone - we haven't been spoiled with good football either since San Marco took over.

England were in a good position, but they just don't seem solid at the back.

Bollocks. We've been solid at the back, only conceded twice in the campaign up to today. Its just been constantly insipid, and failures to score against Macedonia and Israel have pretty much cost England a place in the final and cost McClaren his job.

and not before time. Because he should never have had it in the first place.

Okay, but honestly who's going to do better? Jose? Maybe. The players should've done better - they're experienced enough.

We've (the Dutch) only conceded three so far this campaign, but still have never ever looked solid at the back. We had a lot of luck, and the always reliable Van der Sar, the only quality player in the back five. The only two world class defenders in the England side are G. Neville and Terry, IMO. And they were unavailable today. :thumb:

Russia away on plastic was always gonna be difficult. Wouldn't have been a problem if the bastards had done their jobs against Macedonia.

Pity Scotland may be fucked too, it might have made a few people at the FA sit up and take notice of the Scots club football policy on home-qualified youth players, and how that has worked.

I still think that England will qualify, with Russia slipping up against Israel. but if they dont-

Next summer may be a good opportunity to restart the Home Internationals. Ireland could join in the fun and it would give NI the chance to defend their title.

We dont expect much from our national team V,

so all the good results recently has been a bonus, the Georgia game showed us that we've got a good team, but sadly not a strong enough squad. England on the other hand, usually its as well giving them the trophy before the tourneys even started

:thumb: for Scotland, they've really done very well. So have Northern Ireland, btw.

We also always think we've got the trophy in our hands as soon as we've qualified, which annoys me. Still, not all is lost yet. I can see Israel taking something from Russia, and why can't Scotland beat Italy at home? Another McFadden goal?

When the draws for the groups were made, if we were given the "beat Italy and you qualify" scenario, we'd have took that,so all is not lost :thumb:

Was over in Stockholm for the Northern Ireland match on Wednesday. Played well and well deserved their point they got and nice goal from Kyle Lafferty. We won't qualify anyway because we fucked up our last two away games badly.

Has the style of play with Worthington changed from Sanchez's reign? I know a Fulham supporter who is pissed off with the tactics at Craven Cottage.

We've never really had any style to our play to be honest
