UEFa have really dropped the ball on this. (unsurprisingly, considering Platini is now head honcho). You pretty much know that for the foreseeably future that the two Champions League finalists are going to be from Western Europe. In fact, the only time in the last decade a Eastern team has got near the final was the majestical Dynamo Kiev team of 98-99. So why the fuck did UEFA decide to have it in Moscow? Knowing how difficult its going to be to get in the damn country? Notwithstanding the fact that its miles away. Its almost the same as having the final in Istanbul in 2005, but at least Turkey will co operated to let the fans in.

Alex was telling me the other day about how he was close to giving up on going, and how he only knew one person who was going. Simply because its just too much hassle. And I dont blame him. I've been trying to help him (and a few others) get sorted and its near impossible.

When was the last time the final was held in Sweden? Or Holland? or Denmark?
