I first saw JD at the YMCA in London in August 1978 ( A Typical Final Solution Extravanganza).

I hardly missed a JD Gig from then on, the band especially Ian were always willing to talk, except Hookey, he was a miserable git and carried on being a miserable git even when New Order came about. Neverthless the music, ideas, concepts and bollox to carry them through were to be admired. You would go and see New Order at unusual Gig Venues - Shit I,m babbleing - anyway - why do I look New Order - why is the Pope Catholic !!!!!!
